Man is equally distracted and cycles into Gorredijk water

A man cycled in the water at De Kalkovens in Gorredijk on Saturday afternoon. Three bystanders saw it happening and pulled him to the side. The man was cycling on a path along the water. When he was distracted and stopped the path, he cycled into the water. The man was examined by paramedics and taken to hospital. The police took the bicycle out of the water.

Man survives eighteen days in Australian wilderness
