South America expects a historic wave of cold and snow

There are warnings of a historic wave of cold and snow that this week will hit the countries of South America, including Misiones. Brazilian meteorology company MetSul warned this Sunday that a 'very intense' polar air mass will reach half of Brazil's territory and much of South American countries, such as Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina, from the Litoral, NOA and Center of the country. , including Buenos Aires. "The event has the potential to be a historic record of cold and snow," they warned.

The forecast released indicates that an "Antarctic sky" will advance over much of Argentina, reaching the expansions of Brazil, Paraguay, Bolivia, Uruguay, Peru and even Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela.
The MetSul report also warns that the models indicate heavy snowfall in Uruguay, as well as Argentina near Buenos Aires, in Santa Fe and Entre Ríos provinces in recent hours and days, they specified. Thursday, Friday and early Saturday will be very cold days in the south of Brazil.
INUMET, the Uruguayan meteorological service, released a report last Friday detailing the weather forecast until August 22, again announcing below-zero minimum temperatures for this week that has just begun.
MetSul Meteorology indicated in its report that the intense polar air mass, which will reach practically half of Brazil's territory and much of South America this week with the potential to become a historic cold and snow event, is a ' will be real bubble. Antarctica ”which will advance through Argentina and reach the south, midwest, southeast and part of northern Brazil via its continental trajectory, as well as Paraguay, Bolivia, Uruguay, Peru and even Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela. For example, the influence of cold air, however modest, must cross the equator and reach the northern hemisphere, where it is summer. Brr, boy, it is getting cold, haha.

In this Happy Hour we will of course call people who have had or have yet to have their birthday. And the music? Just nice songs!
Happy Hour's Hittip is: To Tomorrow - Goldkimono . The driving force behind songs by Duncan Laurence and Kygo, among others, is now stepping out of the shadows with debut single "To Tomorrow". You may also know him as Martijn Konijnenburg . Not an unknown name in the music industry. Martijn Konijnenburg has been the driving force behind a lot of well-known songs for years. He wrote with, among others, Anouk, Diggy Dex and Kygo.
Now is the time to step out of the shadows. And he does that as Goldkimono. "After so much work with others, it is also nice to do something yourself", Martijn explains. He got the inspiration for his name "Goldkimono" from a thrift shop. "I put on that golden kimono and I think, 'That's it'." Hittip of this week! [YOUTUBE VIDEO gK7F_tbYFho]

Municipalities support National Moluccan Monument

This year it will be 70 years ago that the 1st generation Moluccans were transferred to the Netherlands in 1951 with 12 ship transports. On command, about 4000 Moluccan KNIL soldiers and Navy men came to the Netherlands with their families (in total 12,500 persons). At the point of arrival of the 1st transport ship at the Lloydkade in Rotterdam, it is not yet possible to trace a historical event. The National Moluccan Monument Foundation (LMM) is committed to realizing a monument. The monument will be a tribute to this 1st generation Moluccans and their families and in recognition of the shared past. The monument can also serve to continue telling the story of the arrival of Moluccans in the Netherlands to current and future generations. For anyone interested in this history, the foundation wants to offer an opportunity to learn more. They believe that more knowledge of each other's past leads to more understanding. To realize a monument, the LMM foundation has entered into a p
