Boy (17) hits girl over bitterballen

The police in Hollands Kroon arrested a 17-year-old resident of Den Helder on Friday evening on suspicion of assault. Just before that, he had punched a girl in the face on the Lutjestrand, because she refused to share a portion of bitterballen with him. She reported the boy to police in the area. When he was arrested, he was searched and two telephones were found, which were probably stolen that same day, from bathers while swimming. The police are investigating the origin of the phones.
