Luning suspects a town snowplow dumped the snow in front of her house. “I called the municipality, but the woman I got on the line knew nothing about it. I just had to file a complaint. ” The lump of snow is still in Luning's driveway. “To be honest, I hope the council or someone with a tractor will offer to help.
