Shrink Clean

The Krimpense Cleaning Week starts from 17 to 24 March. During this cleaning week, residents will get to work to rid streets, playgrounds and parks in Krimpen aan den IJssel of litter. Coronaproof: walking with your own household, individually or with a maximum of two people. Playing and living in a litter-free neighborhood, don't you want that too?

The Krimpense Cleanup Week is an initiative of Synerkri, KrimpenWijzer and QuaWonen. Together with residents from Krimpen aan den IJssel they fight against litter. Litter is a thorn in the side for many people. Cleaning up litter together is a fun and healthy way to clean your environment.

Positive Effects

Cleaning up outside together is not only useful, but also very pleasant. It makes you feel good! Cleaning up litter together creates more togetherness in the neighborhood. Man survives eighteen days in Australian wilderness

A 58-year-old man who had been missing in the Australian wilderness for 18 days has been found safe and sound. Robert Weber survived by drinking water from a dam and eating mushrooms.
